Ward graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors Degree
in Exercise and Sports Science with an option in Fitness Program Management.
He has been working in the fitness industry for over 7 years the last year with
Fitness Together. Ward was also a FIT instructor certified through OSU. Since
then he has received an APEX certification as well as getting certified through

reach their goals and will continue to pursue more certifications to that end.
Ward is especially interested in working with people with physical limitations.
Whether it is a recent ACL injury, the onset of osteoporosis or a shoulder problem,
Ward works with all types of limitations. Getting clients to their goals regardless
of past or recent injuries is what drives him. He is also very focused on helping

from little league up to eventually playing Junior College baseball. “If
not exercising then I’m probably watching ESPN or playing my guitar”.

Kevin Hagen
Kevin just recently graduated from Oregon State University in
March with a degree in Exercise Science. In his free time Kevin likes to spend
quality time with friends and family, running and working out in the gym, reading,
hiking at one of the many wildlife refuges here in Oregon, and either going to,
watching, or listening to Portland Trail Blazer games.
“During the last six months what I’ve enjoyed the most is building
trusting relationships with each of my clients. I design challenging individualized
programs and then try to make the workout fun so you’re always excited
about next time.”
“My philosophy on getting in shape is to pick a program that is fun
and stick to it, never regress. I think that fitness is a lifelong journey that
should compliment all of the other areas of your life.”
